Our service-orientation starts at the top, with our
Founder and Company Director, Mr.Tong Weng Leong. He guides the company’s strategies and structure, based on more than 15 years of experience in the document / information management arena.

IDM Chief Information Officer Mr. Teh Kian Pang oversees the design and implementation of our information technology systems and supervises the operations of our application system. Mr. Teh received a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University and has extensive experience in environmental and information technology. One of IDM’s initial officers, before joining us he worked for construction and information technology businesses in the United States. In 2008 Mr. Teh was awarded a grant from the MAVCAP Cradle Investment Programme to encourage entrepreneurship in the technology sector. He participates regularly in seminars for the Small Medium Enterprise sector.

IDM Business Development Manager Ms. Louise Han oversees our path to the future, managing our communications and human resource activities, and directing our marketing and strategic planning processes. She has been involved in the information disposal business for over eight years.

IDM Operation Manager Pn. Farah is responsible for all the operation teams and workflows. She has more than 10 years experience in managing and support the Operation Department.
